1. Acceptance of terms
By using PokeFuture ("the Service"), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does
PokeFuture provides informational tools related to Pokémon trading cards and sealed products: forecasts, market data views, and model-based research outputs. Everything on the site is for informational and educational use only.
3. Not financial or professional advice
The forecasts, estimates, signals, and other outputs on the Service are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice. They are generalized model outputs and research tools, not personalized recommendations. Make your own decisions.
4. Accuracy and third-party data
Market data, catalog data, trend inputs, and model outputs come from a mix of our own snapshots, generated artifacts, and third-party services. We don't guarantee that any of it is accurate, complete, current, or always available. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service, interfere with availability, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in ways that harm operations, or use it to break the law.
6. Intellectual property
Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. PokeFuture is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any related entity. Third-party marks, images, and data remain the property of their respective owners.
7. No warranty and limit of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokeFuture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including losses related to market decisions, valuation assumptions, missed opportunities, or service interruptions.
8. Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
9. Affiliate disclosure
PokeFuture participates in the eBay Partner Network (EPN). We earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through eBay links on this site, including the Monthly Buying List. Which products appear on the Buying List, in what rank, and with what rationale is driven only by our forecast model. Affiliate revenue does not influence those rankings.
