The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokeFuture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including losses related to market decisions, valuation assumptions, missed opportunities, or service interruptions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
